To whom it may concern, My company required the services of a training company to deliver training that would be beneficial to a wide group with various levels of both knowledge and experience. We eventually selected Ascent, we found their approach both refreshing and positive on the subjects we needed to cover. Training delivered was both professional and also focused on members of the group who found the subject more challenging than others, this ensured that trainee’s felt part of the process and not victims where the subject could have “passed over their heads”.
